Quality New BT remote
1 of 1 found this helpful Needed a new remote as a few of the buttons on my last one stopped working. The new one is perfect, no bag or instructions but the description made that clear, so that was fine. Note you will need to program this remote if you want the tv controls to work with your tv, you need to give it a code then everything works, you need to get the code off the BT website NOT from the various remote websites - just mentioning this to save you 30 minutes of messing about.
