I have a chinchilla that eats less than he needs due to a dental issue. (He's never gone without toys to gnaw on, but he's a senior and his teeth don't sit right at the root.) He has pain meds and the vet prescribed EmerAid, but he won't take the EmerAid. He loves the Critical Care, though! This fine grind formula dissolves much more easily than the others I've tried. I had trouble with my shipping address, so I contacted the seller to change it, and they did! It arrived here quickly and safely.
