This product must be sent to the trash heap since printer repair is not an American concept.
2 of 3 found this helpful The first step on the "Setting Up Your Printer" configuration sheet is to verify the contents of the shipping box. The second illustrations how to plug in the power cable and turn on the machine. The instructions say 'Wait until "Ready to Print" appears on the screen.
In my experience, I could not get past Step 2. When I powered up the printer the message "Diagnosing..." appeared on the screen. After several seconds "Rear Cover is open" appeared despite the fact that the rear cover is closed. Next, the message "Close Rear Cover 077-300" is seen. After opening and closing the rear cover, the pair of messages "Paper Jam Open Rear Cover" and "Remove Paper 077-901" cycle over and over again. This is in spite of the fact that paper has never passed through the machine.
