Awesome Pedal!!! Awesome Value!!! Great practice tool!!!
1 of 1 found this helpful I use this pedal every time I practice. These are my 3 favorite features and by far the most useful components:
(1) TIMING- You can use the tap tempo/drum rhythms for timing.
(2) RHYTHM- Then go into the "Looping" feature put down a rhythm pattern, loop it [Pedal can also Overdub loops]
(3) LEAD- And practice your scales and licks over the Loop.
Unfortunately there are two problems with the looping. First, the loop is only 60 seconds long, but long enough to lay down some sweet 12 bar blues. Second the loop resets every time you turn the pedal on/off. But needing to lay down a backtrack every time, just helps me practice my rhythm. Not a big deal... It's only 60 seconds. Some of the other more expensive pedals don't have a looping feature at all, or the time is too short (your not gonna get 12 bars of rhythm in 30 seconds).
Plus it has a lot of cool effects to use... Reverbs / Flang / Chorus / Cry Baby / Distortion / Compression / Octave / Pitch and many amp models. May sound nasty with modeling amps that have problems playing true clean sounds. Too much "Cross Mojanation" going on. Using the effects of the pedal, and played through a clean amp, this pedal rocks!!!
