Excellent mod for the how cheap it is!
1 of 1 found this helpful For $30 and it being relatively easy to install, it is well worth the improvements! There is NVH that’s quite noticeable if the A/C is on and engine is under 1k RPM, but the trade-off is that wheel hop is almost non-existent (esp when powering out while exiting a sharp curve/corner), and slight improvement in throttle response and clutch bite point consistency due to the reduced engine movement (pitching back and forth). I went with this insert over other aftermarket solid rear motor mounts as I’m keeping my powertrain stock and don’t want the higher NVH that the more solid mounts will cause. This was installed on my Si. Not sure how big of an effect this will have for the CVT models.
