  I received an empty package from seller . Seller didn’t insure the package. I have to file a police report and usps claim. Avoid this seller at all cost. This is a nightmare and I’m out $1700. Now I have to wait for eBay to take care of this issue.

  We do insure the package to cover loss in transit but all insurance is void once it is signed for. We are diligently working for a resolution to this issue. Due to the value of the package it is being treated as a criminal matter. We have a history of over 30 years in business servicing our clientele with a spotless reputation. We will also be taking extra precautions in the future.
