CARBURETOR FITS HONDA TRX250 TRX 250 RECON 250 2X4 1997-2001 w/THROTTLE CABLE

Good for the price

This carburetor of good quality and fits my Honda recon just like the original. I installed it and it started right up without needing any adjustment however I've had it on about two weeks now and yesterday the float valve stuck and drained a whole tank of gas. I got it unstuck again by tapping on the carburetor but I don't know whether its going to be a recurring problem or not. The old one had the same problem which was one of the reasons why I got a new one.

Poor quality

This is a very cheap capo, poor craftsmanship and I have to clamp it on the guitar just right or it doesn’t hold all the strings down tight enough.

Good quality

Everything fit fine except the two bolt studs on the bottom flange did not align properly with the original bolt holes in the exhaust pipe so i had to mill out the holes a bit to make it fit. Otherwise it was the closest to OEM that I could find for the price.
