Great phone lack of apps
2 of 2 found this helpful Is a great Phone no application on blackberry world mostly out update apps. after updating to version 10.3 Amazon application is available works great thanks.

Great quality fast connection and pairing
From the beginning was very skeptic on this product after using this for a few hours im surprised sound quality is ok and the connection is good up to ten feet from my car still connected answering call and music control is good .only annoying is that voice went paired with a heavy accent the device is connected.

not for a regular every day iser
I have BlackBerry devices for the past year's this was one of the worst design blackberry idea have to push down screen on.
Touch will respond fast in order to enter a selection must push down screen.
CPU is faster on compares to older models faster boot time les lagging.
Other minus no Wifi so user beware is a data hugger
