LIttle Bear - What will Little Bear Wear(DVD 2004)
My 2 Children can't get enough of Little Bear on TV, so this DVD was a perfect buy. These stories are suitable for all age groups, we all sit down ready for bedtime and this is the best wind-down DVD I have purchased. The stories are all lovely with great characters a real pleasure to watch. I have asked my 3 & 6 year olds what they don't like about Little Bear and they looked at me with a very puzzled look, "WE LOVE LITTLE BEAR MUMMY" was the reply, so I guess that was the answer to that!.

DELIRIOUS DVD 2002
Any John Candy fan, must own a copy of this film. I myself am a big fan of the Late Great JC,and i do have a few of his films, but no collection is complete without a copy of this film delirious. He plays a writer of a soap opera,he one days bumps his head, and wakes up in the setting of his own soap opera, typical John candy stuff.Very funny, but i would say that, i am biased. Go treat yourself today,go get a copy.

The Beat - The Platinum Collection
Morning all Here we are yet again. As you can see from the cd case cover.we are reviewing another classic from the twotone era.Good times The beat came from Birmingham,a mixed race of musicians, like many others from the TWO TONE era, specials, selecter, bodysnatchers,to name but a few. The music is normally based about life of the time,a lot of music from the 70`s was pretty much based on society of that era, especially England.many punk bands. Not good times. The beat like many others from the two tone age,had a nice mix of music, good vocals from main singer Ranking Roger, together with Dave wakeling vocals/guitar.and the superb saxist Papa Saxa, plus others that made up the group. There music covered some music covers such as tears of a clown(tamla)Can`t get used to losing you(Williams) mirror in the bathroom, hands off shes mine, and my favourite, but came later was save it for later. I remember early in my teens, when I was in secondary school of the time 1980 – 1985 The music was obviously new romantic, but I was mod/two tone through and through. No other music for me.And my schools books were covered in graffiti,of the jam, specials the beat.and in art class we were allowed to listen to the radio,Tuesday afternoons listening to radio 1 and then the mod/twotone music would come on,fantastic. And I still love the music today, even though my musical interests have now broadened some what. (see other reviews) but that era will always remain,i`m sure a lot of you will agree that when you reminisce about a certain time in your life, the music is usually the trigger, and then for a few moments you are back there.i think that is why a lot of us go and see those reformed bands, because as we gradually grow older,we do think back fondly of those times, even though some of those times were not so great. I like the scooter scene,I always have, and I always will. And that is why I bought the Beat cd,a little pricey for me,and I do have a limit, but I had to get it,as I could not find it any where, but like everything I buy,it normally either turns up on the telly,or I find it cheaper else where.Oh well! The beat,GO FEET!on have that trip back to the 70`s,unemployment,recession,school,oohh sends shivers.but slam on the cd,and grab your hairbrush and join in with me,”mirror in the bathroom……..
