  This is the first time I have had any issues with a seller. The seller failed to mail my card when he said he would, then packaged it poorly and it came apart during USPS’s handling of the envelope. It arrived in a USPS plastic bag with the envelope falling apart! This card is a wooden baseball bat card. The card was obviously exposed to the elements and any type of moisture absorbed will eventually destroy it. To his credit, he offered me a full refund.I recommend not buying from this seller!

  I offered a full refund and to pay for the item to be shipped back. The buyer demanded I provide a full refund and allow them to keep the item, which caused me to question their motives. They actually threatened this negative feedback unless I provided the refund and allowed them to keep the item. Unfortunately Ebay was unwilling to hear my case and remove this as I believe it is an unfair representation of what happened and the customer service I provide.
