Thinning sheers were unusable
1 of 1 found this helpful It sounds like others have had luck with this product but the thinning sheers that arrived with my order were unusable. The edges were rough and jagged and could not open and close smoothly. The regular scissors were usable but not of high quality, which may be fine for some. I'm hopeful that it may have just been the particular pair we ordered since others seem to be happy with this purchase but I returned them and will not be taking another chance by replacing them.

So glad I didn't buy a new vacuum!
I was ready to buy a new vacuum and then thought of searching out a replacement part instead. So glad I did because it saved me over $100 and it's like I have a brand new vacuum!
