Just What I needed
I bought this for my 24 inch tv in my bedroom so I can rotate it to be able to lay on my bed to watch it and turn it back to use it as a computer monitor. It turns very smoothly and quietly. It stays where you put it. The color exactly matches my tv stand.

cheap junk
lint pad has toi short of bristles to work properly. plastic frame has cheap look and feel.
