Cheap poor quality. Not perm level basket
These baskets definitely are not course quality at all. They screw together like a portable basket and do not work with a normal ground sleeve system all other perm baskets use. We bought 9 of them as we were going to have a break in fundraising and we wanted to get something to complete our course in the interim. Now the baskets are not holding up at all. Not even a year on the course and all of the paint is faded. We had two baskets break already as the tac welds barely hold the baskets together. We had to re-do all the welds on the portion that holds the basket to the pole as the basket literally fell off, and probably will have to do it for all of them. The chains are attached via extremely cheap carabiners as well. Basically in order to make these baskets permanent you have to reinforce all the welds and do new tac welds to the poles after you screw them together. Then you need to get 2 inch 2 hooks so people can't just detach your chains and take them lol! Extremely dissatisfied customer and the basket is falsely advertised as permanent course quality.

This is designed for a specific type of roof rack so it is likely the mounting brackets will need to be modified or fab new ones like I did. It is decent for what it is.
