Step by Step... learn from a great teacher!

I’m so happy with this book! It explains the importance of alignment in Yoga poses, the calming power of breath work, and also speaks about spiritual & psychological growth. It is a sturdy soft-cover book, & not flimsy at all! A great find... check it out!
