Good quality items at a very reasonable price. Will be cost effective doing oil changes on my BMW's.

Never had a chance!
1 of 1 found this helpful I've always liked and bought HP Branded printers, and this purchase was along those lines. It was new, but open box. All the original accesories were there, everything looked great...until I hooked it up!! I immediately began getting false 'paper jam' and 'carriage jam' errors. I hadn't run any paper through it, and the carriage moved freely! I went online and read up on the HP troubleshooting solutions, but had no luck. I then tried a few online forums and quickly realized that this was NOT a unique problem to this particular printer.I tried the various methods submitted by readers who claimed that their method(s) worked, but still I had no sucess. Then I called HP and it was all downhill from there! After hurdling a minor (English) barrier, and finally getting the voice on the other end to determine what my problem was, I was transferred over to another person, who offered a few perfunctory solutions and then came the 'soft sell'. If I were to 'subscribe' to an extended warranty service, someone would be sent out (to my home), or I could drop it off at an authorized repair facility!!? It was absolutely frustrating, the irony is I've never had to deal on this level with HP, because their other products, (I have an HP digital camera and an older printer) have always worked well! But in the end I guess maybe I am a glutton for pain, I've got my eye on this cute black All-in-One, a C309N to be exact! Oh well!

An "Oldie but Goodie"
1 of 1 found this helpful I've had several of these tablets in varying sizes, but the 12.2 screen is my favored configuration. A bit heavy by todays' standard, this is still a well functioning and well built tablet. Responsive and bright touch screen. The fondness for this tablet is reflected in the resale prices that are sought for by sellers. The only negative can be found in ones' quest for a replacement logic (motherboard). They are 'scarce as hens' teeth!'
