Little tighter than expected
Definitely a good way to custom cut to your needs. And the leftover can be used for clamping.

Highly doubt 100%.
TCA 100% would have a stronger smell and would not be tolerated undiluted. I think this has been diluted. Still, it does tingle. Better than nothing.
