Quick and easy setup of equipment. DirecTV rep.not so much.
This wireless genie is very easy to connect and setup with existing genie server, just make sure when you contact DirecTV to activate the equipment on your account that you get an agent that has the ability to activate new equipment and not "Ed" in Soitheast Asia, like I was directed to initially last night. After an hour and a half on the phone with "Ed", only to have him tell me I had to pay for professional installer to come out connect equipment and activate the client. I called back got technician located in the states and 5 minutes later I am up and ru.ning fine. DirecTV support is not like it used to be since AT&T took over.

corrupt files
After a few weeks of use, all the photos saved on it are now lost due to corrupt SD card. SD card cannot be accessed by any means. Wish I had never purchased this item now!
