Good value, product quality and customer service not so much
Was going to buy another set for another vehicle of mine, but not for sure now. I had my local ford dealer install the parts as it needed aligned after install. And one of the struts has as issue out of the box. Got it all installed and aligned and one of the struts makes noise just like the old one did. Like the new mount/bearing is bad and sounds like golf balls going down the road. I have been in contact with company about the issue but they want me to try and file the noise while driving down the road (which is not safe and can get me pulled over) so I can prove 100% there is an issue. You would think as a company asking what they want they should know is not safe or legal but will still try it to prove that there is a noise. Especially after taking it back to the shop again to make sure nothing else was bad, which there was not.
