Sharp images
1 of 1 found this helpful The image stabilization makes a little bit of noise, but nothing bothersome. Lens is incredibly sharp and pairs well with the Sigma 1.4x extender when you need the extra reach. Haven't had any problems with it at all. Can't really comment on the autofocus since I use this primarily for macro video work which is all focused manually. It's solidly built, my only complaint is the lack of manual control for aperture, but that seems to be pretty common with third-party Canon mount lenses and I knew that going in, so I really can't deduct for it. Buy with confidence!
