  Wasn't the same watch in the picture. Seller offered full or partial refund. I took the partial refund. It wasn't the same watch but it was close enough. I didn't feel like sending it back and looking for the right one. Seller did ship quickly and was willing to refund. A+ in my book.

  Bought two items advertised as NEW. When I received them one was open with the battery installed and looked used. When I contacted seller he told me "Any way to determine a defect is to break the factory seal. I verified no defect.". I informed him that is an open box and not new. He said I could return for refund but I will be out shipping because he didn't sell what he advertised.
