    not on the tractor yet but it seems to be what is described, the problem is with the way it was sold, as price or best offer (price $15.75 and best offer as seen was $13, $14, and $15 dollars), offered all 3 and seller declined the first 2 and never responded to the 3rd, so basically it appeared to be more of a bait and switch, than a best offer sale, ordered the product but will never use this seller again, If the item is not truly a price or best offer sale then just post it as sold at price!!
