Not new

Part was listed as in new condition. When I received it there was no motorcraft/ford packaging. It was wrapped in bubble wrap then put into a cardboard envelope. When I opened packed I noticed what appeared to be greasy finger prints on the o-rings on the solenoid. Looks used and I will not be installing on my car
