  Jen is a wonderful seller/person. I received a broken Mary Engelbreit fairy ornament even though it was sent in its original styrofoam container and box and then another box with fragile written on it. Jen contacted eBay and wanted to refund my money but she would have lost half of her money by doing it! It was not her fault and forget USPS! I am going to try to fix the resin wing and live with it so she won’t be penalized. I hope other companies do better for their sellers! Disappointed in eBa
