Loud fan with mixed results.

I have mixed feelings about this power supply. The reviews were good but I was hesitant. I know that no-name PSUs were a big risk. Sometimes they can even catch on fire! I decided to give this local TX company a chance because I'm a fellow Texan. It does indeed work but I don't know for how long. The fan makes rattling noises sometimes like the bearings are messed up or something. Plus, the fan is always LOUD. I messed with the BIOS settings to run more quite but the PSU didn't respond to eco settings. If I were you, I'd pass. I'm going to purchase a Season 300w & keep this as a back up. For the price, it's perfect for a backup until you get a quality PSU.
