My cat loves it
My cat is a Maine Coon who used to be a stray (feral) so she is rough on the toy and it stands up to her pulling it all over for a couple of months. She does rip off the feathers within the first couple of days. There are two kinds, one that keeps spinning until the batteries die and one that automatically shuts off after about 10 minutes. She has one of each, the one that keeps spinning she did wear out the small belt after a couple of months because she likes to pin it down and feel it struggle. The replacement I got her was one that only went for 10 minutes at a time and after a couple of month she broke something in the motor so I took the belt off of it and put it on the one that runs forever. I bought a couple of extras because she loves this toy and it is her main toy to play with by herself.
