  This was not “my system” and called “eBay secure checkout”. When I offered to come, pick up the car and pay cash, he decided that he “didn’t get enough money so he’ll just “keep the car for the summer”. Unfortunately for the seller, I kept full record of the text conversations and eBay has record of calling him after he derailed the process. For some reason he thought I’ll wire him money while he holds the title and car and not use eBay Secure Checkout while his name is not even on the title!!
