Quick turnaround. This Skid plate is far superior to the OEM unit, which is plastic. Looks great on the bike, couldn't be happier. Only point is that the bolts for the front of the plate are unnecessarily long, and I will probably buy shorter screws so that the ends of them are not so close to the motor, when screwed down tight.

High quality and long lasting

I have had one of these since 1987, and it still sounds as good now as it did then. I have replaced the belts, and have taken great care of the unit. I tried to buy a backup unit (not necessarily this particular unit, but others by H/K) to this one for kicks but was unable to get a reliable unit. Seems ones like mine that were cared for properly are few and far between.
