    No blame of the seller with the transaction. Card never left the post office. Communicated with seller after two full weeks of purchase of card. Seller was very apologetic and looked into whereabouts of card at post office where card was dropped off. Seller refund purchase after the post office did not find the purchase and again was very sincere with apology. Ebay and USPS tracking not on the same page unfortunately with this purchase.
