  I reached out to seller with response twice. Finally I get info that it has shipped. Shipped late. If seller had an issue he should have contacted me. I'd be understanding. No response at all is just rude.

  There was a mix up in what got sent. Seller handled it really well. I sent back what I received and seller game me a refund. Really communicative seller and offered to give me "anything" as a replacement. I declined, but what a great offer!

  It was defective and wouldn’t work at all, so I contacted them for a refund. I WAS going to hold off on this review since at first they did respond and offered a return or exchange, and I agreed to the exchange. They have since completely ghosted me and WILL NOT RESPOND. I like to think I’m a patient person but this seller has run that dry.
