The seller followed the shipping of the item all the way to me. They emailed me when they saw that I wasn't home to let me know how to get the item. The item (a guitar) was in really good shape. The seller changed strings and you could tell took wonderful care of the guitar. It was really clean. I am not someone advocating for anyone in particular. I had a really wonderful buying experience.

Identical to original.
Identical to the original stuff.
Tip for easier installation:
These bolts are 4" long.
Grabbing that first thread to install the tank can be incredibly frustrating.
Get a pair of bolts that are 3/8" x 16 thread(coarse) and 4 1/2" long to get it hung.
Then go back and put these in.
Trust me on this.
It's a lot easier, especially if you are by yourself.

Works just fine
Drive works just fine.
Comes with 2014 NERO software, which did not work.
No surprise there. Never had any luck with NERO software in the past. This is no different.

Great deal. Good for light duty use.
1 of 1 found this helpful Good package at a good price. perfect for home/hobby use. I use it to wire up guitars.
Extra tips is always a plus. So is the adjustable heat.
Not sturdy enough for professional use.
The tip comes loose constantly, due to the type of metal used on the securing sleeve.
If I get a couple years out of this unit, I will be happy and probably get another one.
