Highly adjustable and flexible
I have 2 of these on each of my racks for getting crash cymbals mounted above my ride and hi-hats. Gibralter also make a "double ultra" (two of the black balls in one stand) but it's not necessary - at least for my application. I highly recommend these for anyone who owns a rack.

Maybe even TOO much
I have both the double ultra and 3 of the single ultra-adjust arms. Where most of the time, the single is plenty to route a stand up, over and around other equipment, the double is a bit overkill for my application, though I kept it anyway as I can envision a time when the single is not quite long enough - such as trying to get a crash from a rack above a very large ride cymbal. Like all Gibraltar equipment, it's rock solid. Highly recommend, though check out the single unless you have a specific need.
