9 of 9 found this helpful Great watch, if you want the mapping features it’s definitely worth the extra money. I debated between the 5 and the 5x and I’m completely satisfied with going for the 5x. I get bored doing the same routes for running and biking, and with the route creator it gives you three different options for the distance you plug in, and it’s super easy to set up. The only thing negative I can say about it is that the heart rate monitor lags a bit....on some runs it reads low for up to 10 minutes until it catches up and then jumps up to the correct reading. Still better than wearing a chest strap imo. The battery life is great, I wear it all day and use it to track activities almost daily and I only have to charge it once a week. It looks slick and I like health stats, and it tracks everything imaginable.
