Only difficulty is Driver... Windows 10 can be problematic.
2 of 3 found this helpful The only problem I have been struggling with Saffire drivers is that it does not share between applications all that well. I have Windows 10. If I open a Browser, I can hear audio from the device fine. If I then open a DAW, whatever it is (Cubase or LIve oo Reason) Suddenly the Audio from the browser disappears... Sound is only produced from the DAW. You have to disable then re-enable Audio device to get it back. audio playing from the browser.. This did not use to be an issue, but I believe Windows 10's audio Interface is the source of the problem. You can set the Windows settings for the device to Not allow a single application to take exclusive control of the driver, but unfortunately this does not solve the problem. It doesn't make it non-usable.. its just an annoying issue.

Very powerful and versatile DAW interface at a reasonable price!
A godsend! Previously I had struggled with a Tascam FW1082.. and they never managed to find anyone that can actually WRITE a windows driver that works! This unit works flawlessly! It's DSP is magical! and the software that it works with is logical and powerful... It has expanded what I can do with my DAW setup.... Excellent design!
