Not nonsense!

If it sounds like this product might benefit you, i highly suggest trying it after doing your own research. A resourceful friend had recommended another brand in a more expensive powdered form but this item has helped with stiffness and problems with disc compression. I had a micro laminecomtomy, L5-S1 years ago and this item has appears to have helped. Not nonsense. Only down side I see is recommended daily amount is 6 tablets. They are good sized also. 390 tablets / 6 per day = 65 days supply or roughly $20 per month. Not nonsense.
