Great but not durable.
I generally go through one of these every 6 months then buy a new one. I love the product, but it's not durable, and the design on this model (you have to pull on the earbuds to make them retract - previous models had a button to trigger retraction) just exacerbates the problem I've had with every single pair I've owned - one earbud eventually will go dead. Buy the SquareTrade warranty.
