Wrong voltage. Gets hot when charging

The one I need is a 4 v for an older Voyager emergency radio because it never came with the adaptor and the one you sent was 5 v so when you plug it in to charge the permanent internal battery it chatges it but you have to watch it cuz it gets really hot and could start a fire🙁
