Misrepresented
I bought this Dell because my old one wasn't working. I liked my computer and wanted a used replacement. The one I bought was represented as barely used and in excellent condition. It does work but it was not in good shape when I bought it. Scratched, not taken care of, not the original keyboard, keyboard not put in correctly, missing a piece on the bottom of the computer. None of this was disclosed and the product was no where near what was advertised online.
