I planted about 20 foreign coins in the yard at th end of the first day he had recovered 16. Arm wasnt tired and he had a blast learning about it and the new hobby of metal detecting. I plan on buying a couple more for his little sisters to join us with.
This light and simple detector. We have the go find 66 is perfect for a beginner and good enough for a seasoned pro. For the price it is an unbeatable bargain. The depth it found coins at was impressive. Some were at a little over 8 inched deep. He found rhem as easily as he found the shallow ones. Note... I made a slit it the ground with my blade about 9 inches long and slid the coins in. So the detector was picking up vertical or slightly inclined coins at that depth.
Great value and easy operation combined with lightweight and waterproof coil. Solid detector for anyone. My choice for my 6 year old to learn a new hobby without having to think to much or moving a lot of weight.

This is hands down the best drive and the best price i have ever bought. Brought my 6 year old laptop back to life. Will buy again soon for the wifes laptop as well.
