A must have for ANY art teacher...
This book is really a complete art curriculum for the art teacher at any level. It is appropriate for the new art teacher as well as the veteran. There is a wealth of helpful information and lesson plans that are arranged in an orderly fashion. If you can only buy one art curriculum book, buy this one. I purchased it because I already have the high school version of the book - which I love. The high school survival kit is awesome, so when I saw that an elementary/middle school version existed, I had to have it. I teach middle school art and find both books very helpful. I'd say that this survival guide is geared more towards middle school than the primary grades.
