16lbs is perfect for 45ACP
My logic when buying this was "if the 1911 is a 16lb recoil spring, why is my USP45 a 14lb?" I had put 3000 rounds through it and i noticed I couldnt seem to keep the recoil managed. After I put the 16lb spring in, I immediately was able to line the sights up easier. I Will admit upfront the slide goes into battery a little faster bringing the pistol aim lower but after 200 rounds it will break into a 15.5lb spring eliminating the problem. All springs lose tension, but I still dont understand why Hk went with a 14pound oem spring.

Testament to always buying American
This scale is older than me and still works really well. Original Owner kept it in perfect condition. The only tiny discrepancy was the box which has faded with age(beautifully I might say)

Better than I expected
Shipping was fast and through Amazon. Both Levelers are magnetic which was way better than I thought. Would absolutely buy another if mine breaks after hard use.
