Good entry to airsoft
2 of 2 found this helpful This is a good entry level airsoft weapon. There are better on the market but they will cost you $50 or more than this model. My biggest complaint about this gun is the cheap material. It is what I would call ABS plastic, not a polymer. The receivers are both plastic. The front rail/handguard is plastic but solid feeling. The barrel is metal and of good quality. The rear is where the gun feels cheap. The buffer tube and stock are plastic. The tube is flexy if subjected to lateral forces. I would recommend replacing the tube with a metal one. The magazine is functional and feels like it's metal construction. The sights are functional but of low quality and made of cheap feeling plastic. The included battery is an 8.4v butterfly type. The charger is a cheap wall type unit. Both of these items will get you started and are sufficient for entry level. The included sling is useless and should probably be tossed in the garbage.
Overall I recommend this gun if you want to try out airsoft without breaking the bank. If you decide to stay with it, you will be upgrading later. This gun will then provide a decent back up weapon or a loaner/girlfriend gun.

Good for the price!
Fits my 16 yz250x. It's a little tight and fidgety to get in place but some of the difficulty is due to my oversized tank. With the stock tank I think fitment would be easier but the stock seat is a little tight with the enduro tank too. Slightly wrinkled but again due to the tank. Foam is very firm and the tall seat is a good inch or more taller. I don't have any time on yet so I'll have to see how well it holds up.

OK but not great
I bought this paint set at a good price so I'm not disappointed. I have not tried all the colors yet but those I have tried seem rather thin. This is in comparison with other quality miniature paints I have used. I normally use a wet pallet but these seem a bit watery when I use it. Overall the paints have a good coverage...if you can find the right consistency that is. The ink washes are excellent. The dry brush is good. I am not so impressed with the regiment and detail brushes though. They are curling and the tips are splitting after only a couple uses. This is not the most current issue of the mega set offered by The Army Painter so maybe age has something to do with the condition of the paints...or maybe I'm just not shaking them enough. Like I said, for the price I'm not disappointed, just not overly impressed.
