Excellent ear buds that do everything I need them to

Been using them for several weeks, mostly listening to podcasts at the gym; can confirm they are comfy, lightweight and provide good sound quality: not using them for anything with very high-fidelity so I cannot comment on that. The active noise cancellation is decent for filtering out most of the crap they play at gyms as well as noisy neighbours. They stay securely in my ears for hours with only slight adjustments from time to time. I have had precisely zero problems with accidentally pressing the buttons on them, as per a lot of apparently clumsy reviewers elsewhere. Only time they start to cut out is if your mobile device is behind 1-2 brick walls or over 10m away. Battery life is also excellent, lasting much longer for regular podcasts without music playing, and the case will allow you to keep the bugs charged for several days. Highly recommended.

OEM quality battery works perfectly

New battery works perfectly and has resolved issues with my original battery having insufficient power left, at around 71% capacity, to power my laptop out of sleep mode.

Wi-Fi only capable of 2.4Ghz OR 5Ghz, not both concurrently: really good otherwise.

I am only using fairly basic features for a small home office, partly for IT product testing and training, so have not delved into any of the advanced features or licensing models. VERY disappointed to find the Wi-Fi is only capable of running 2.4Ghz OR 5Ghz at any time, being unable to run both concurrently, making it useless as a Wi-Fi access point for my needs. Initial factory reset was a pain to those new to SonicWall products as it requires very specific steps to put it into safe mode before you can reset, which several online guides got completely wrong. You need to connect to the X0 port (gen5) or Mgmt int (gen6) then hold the reset button for at least 60 seconds before accessing it over IPv4 192.168.168.168 (gen5) or 192.168.1.20 (gen6), this gives you access to the menu where you can factory reset it IIRC. Only scratched the surface with feature testing so far but it has been rock solid for the past few weeks since I installed it as a secondary router.
