Passenger service lives on in Green Basy as it should have

I am recreating the C&NW passenger station service in Green Bay, WI as it should have been if AMTRAK would have recognized a 2nd corridor. This is my 5th and final Kato 400 set and I will have the equipment needed to portray the scene. Green Bay is awesome because of the highly efficient passenger car switching right at the station.
