Back in 69
I remember dancing while the short version of Get Ready was playing in the jukebox back in 1973.
The long version recorded live on this CD is 23-minute long and well worthwhile listening and getting high on. The other numbers on the CD are fine, but clearly not on the same level. Several other versions of Get Ready by Rare Earth exist on CD, notably a 19-minute long one, that seems to have been recorded live before this one, and which I like more. Anyway, this is very good rock music and a splendid interpretation of the 1966 Temptations hit.

Un classique
Belle histoire, fabuleux Jean Marais, Bourvil, nigaud par excellence. Une heure et demie de bonheur.

That's Entertainment!
Thrilling and funny from beginning to end. And, despite the wonderful American and British actors, this is a French production. So, you've got the best of both worlds. Ain't it great?
