  The rails arrived 3 days sooner than expected! They were carefully packaged and everything that was stated to be included was in the box. The OEM rails were new as described.   The item was delivered as promised and, as specified in the advertisement, it was new. I'm very satisfied with the project. It was packaged a little oddly because it wasn't totally--end to end--in a box as the image online seemed to indicate. The ends were tightly wrapped in bubble wrap, and the middle section was encased in a box. There was no damage during transit, however. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you, @jeanc-micha.

  Initially the item didn't ship for nearly a week and I had no clarity that the item would arrive at its originally designed date, whether the item was in transit, or had actually shipped. However, when I reached out to the seller there had been a glitch, delay, or simply had not shipped the item. They were responsive and ensured the item did get shipped. So, a week later than expected, I could not take that car on a trip I anticipated. The item did finally arrive in great shape and as described.
