It works.
At this point the item works, it has only been used once. Clean up was easy. It saves transporting problems much better than a glass deviled egg dish. I would recommend not washing it other than top rack of a dishwasher. Where I feel the problem will be is lifespan of the product. The way the top and bottom sections snap together look like a future location of possible breakage. Lifespan will probably be determined on how often you use the item.

This item is a gift i am sure the recipient will like the gift.
I have a Keurig but a larger model and use it everyday.
