It lasted for two weeks

It quit working about two weeks in. The screen froze and would not allow us to access the menu or go to any other screen. We've had to order a different tomtom model.

Not a good experience

This phone was defective from the get-go. It turned itself off periodically, without warning. It would not hold contacts, call history, or texts that I transferred over from my old phone. It would shut down in the middle of an app. It was obviously defective and should never have been sold.
