Product is bad

Inside the carb where the needle goes is this brown cylinder plastic looking piece that the needle fits into. It doesnt slide properly. Going to have to order a new part. For my sons birthday. A new 4 wheeler. Was supposed to be a surprise. These guys screwed that one up
