  The piece of luggage is fine, new as stated. Arrived on time. My fault not to read the shipping cost with my glasses. I thought it stated $29.99 for shipping. It was $79.00 for shipping! I think that is a lot! I could have purchased this piece of luggage locally. I don’t know why I didn’t! I contacted the owner, I received kind of a strong response from them. The owner also researched all of my purchases and comments on eBay! I don’t think this is appropriate.

  Highly recommend this seller! The item I received was slightly different from the stock photo, most likely because the stock photo was the latest version and seller was selling the version from a past season. The seller was understanding and accepted the return/refund with no issues and shipping back and forth was quick and seamless. Would definitely do business with this seller again in the future.
