This is about the best product that we have found to deal with the tick issue that we have.

Missing charger bad instructions
Instructions poor on how to charge unit. Had to view YouTube videos to learn that power switch had to be on to charge unit. Hopefully that will work. Also unit only came with cigarette plug charger and USB cable. No wall charger included or 12v plug as seen in description. Jury is out on final review. Missing parts and bad instructions are a poor start.

Overall good lounge
We were looking for something of all metal construction given that we live in Arizona and the heat and sun destroys the resin and plastic strap lounges quickly. The cushions that come with the lounge are thin but we have better cushions that we will replace those with when they wear out. What we wanted was good metal construction and so far so good. Assembly is easy.
